Our Patrol Division is based in Ames, Iowa the home of Iowa State University. Our Patrol Division provides specialized patrol services to our clients through the use of our highly trained and professional staff, technology, and communication. 03 Direct Security uses a state of the art computer system to accurately log events and situations, these get wirelessly sent via email to our clients. This greatly assists our clients in their property managment. We specialize in providing services to property management firms and landlords but also provide service for business and personal needs. We are able to report and observe problems and situations that arise on clients properties, respond to fire alarms, respond to calls for service from your tenants, patrol your property to proactively respond to arising problems and provide a highly visible deterrent to potential problems and vandalism to your property.
Currently our officers patrol approximately 125 locations and take calls for service from 6,000-7,000 tenants. We use a marked Ford Crown Victoria that is equipped with wireless capable laptops, printers, digital cameras, first aid equipment, scanners, radios, and cell phones. The use of technology to further our mission to protect your properties and keep your residents safe and secure is very important to 03 Direct. We believe that using today’s technology along with proper training to do their job as effectively as possibly, will improve the quality of service we provide.
